4 Healthy Snacks

Eating healthier is a popular goal people set at the beginning of each year. Check out these 4 healthy snacks that are affordable, tasty, and easy to make:

1. Apple PB Sandwich

Ingredients:
Apples
Peanut Butter
Raisins (optional)
Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
1. Core the apple
2. Slice it horizontally four times
3. Spread peanut butter evenly on one slice
4. Sprinkle with raisins and chocolate chips
5. Lay other slice on top, creating a ''sandwich''

2. Grape Pops
 
Ingredients:
Grapes
Greek Yogurt
Pecans
Toothpicks

Instructions:
1. Poke each grape with a toothpick
2. Dip Grapes into Greek yogurt
3. Once covered with yogurt, dip grape into bowl of pecans

3. Kale Chips
Ingredients:
3-4 stocks of Kale
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees
2. Get out a cookie sheet and line it with foil
3. While preheating, gently wash the kale and dry completely with a paper towel
4. Once dry, gently tear off palm size pieces of the leaves and spread out onto cookie sheet
5. Spread the olive oil out on the kale and then using your hands, mix the kale and massage it a bit to get the olive oil spread out
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
7. Bake for 10 minutes, stir, and then bake another couple minutes

4. Dark Chocolate Clementines
Ingredients:
Clementine Oranges
Dark Chocolate

Instructions:
1. Melt dark chocolate in pan or in the microwave
2. While chocolate is melting, peel and separate clementines
3. Dip clementine pieces into chocolate and set on wax paper to dry
