4 St. Patrick's Day Treats

St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner! Check out these 4 festive treats:

1. Leprechaun Mint Brownies

1 Brownie Mix
Mint M&M's
Green cupcake holders

1. Prepare brownie mix as box directs. Add some M&M's to mixture.
2. Instead of placing brownies in a pan, place in cupcake pan.
3. Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes.
4. Some M&M's will sink while baking. Press more M&M's onto top of brownies 
right after removing them from the oven. 

2. Shamrock Popcorn
1 regular size bag microwave popcorn-popped
1 bag white chocolate chips
1.5 tbsp shortening
1.5 cups Mint M&M's
1/2 cup green milk chocolate M&M's

1. Prepare popcorn. Pour in bowl and set aside.
2. In glass bowl, add white chocolate and shortening. 
3. Nest bowl in a pan filled half way with water and heat over medium heat.
4. Stir constantly until chocolate is in a very liquid, smooth state. Do not over heat.
5. Remove from heat. Pour immediately over popcorn.
6. Stir in until it's evenly coated. 
7. Pour in M&M's and mix in. 

3. Lucky Charms Bars

6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
10 oz mini marshmallows
1/4 cup butter
Extra Lucky Charm marshmallows for garnish

1. In large saucepan melt butter on low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until 
completely melted. Remove from heat. 
2. Add Lucky Charms cereal. Stir until well coated. 
3. Using an oiled spatula or parchment paper, evenly press mixture into 1-2" pan 
coated with cooking spray. Top with extra individual Lucky Charms marshmallows if desired. 
4. Let cool.
5. Cut into bars and serve. 

4. Rainbow Marshmallows
1 bag Marshmallows
1 bag White candy melts
1 package AirHeads Extremes 

1. Melt Candy Melts
2. While melting, cut Airheads Extremes into strips so the fit around the marshmallow
3. Spread melted mixture onto one side of the AirHeads
4. Wrap AirHeads strip around marshmallow
