4 Fourth of July Treats

The 4th of July is almost here! Check out these 4 festive treats:

1. All-American Kebabs 
INGREDIENTS:
Brownie Bites
Strawberries
Blueberries
Marshmallows
Skewers

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash strawberries and blueberries
2. Place Marshmallow, brownie bite, blueberries and strawberries on skewer 

2. Star Spangled Strawberries
INGREDIENTS:
1 cart of Strawberries
1 bag of white chocolate candy melt
Blue sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash all strawberries
2. Melt white chocolate candy melt
3. Dip strawberries into melted white chocolate, let excess chocolate drip off
4. Dip trip of strawberry into bowl of blue sprinkles. Let dry. 

3. Patriotic Cones
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of sugar cones
1 bag of white chocolate chips
Red, white and blue confetti sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Melt white chocolate chips
2. Paint chocolate onto cones with pastry brush
3. Sprinkle confetti sprinkles onto melted chocolate area
4. Place onto wax paper until dry

4. Red, White & Blue Oreo Pops
INGREDIENTS:
1 Package Double-Stuff Oreos
2 12-oz bags of white chocolate candy melts
24 Lollipop Sticks
Red, White & Blue Sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully twist apart all of the Oreo cookies.
2. Using one of the pop sticks, made an indentation in the white filling of each cookie. 
3. Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring until 
completely melted and smooth. 
4. Dip the end of one stick into the melted white chocolate, drizzle a little in the center of the white cookie filling and then gently press it into the indentation made. 
5. Place the top of the cookie back on and allow white chocolate to harden, cementing the cookie back together with a stick inside. 
6. Holding the stick, lower the entire Oreo into the bowl of melted white chocolate, spooning it over to the top and sides to cover it completely. 
7. Allow the excess chocolate to drain off and gently place covered Oreo on a piece of parchment paper to harden. 
8. Top with confetti sprinkles immediately before the chocolate hardens.
